In a bowl put milk solid, egg, flour, oil, baking powder, and cardamom powder.
Using your hand mix the ingredients well.
Make small balls of this mixture and fry in oil on low flame.
Cook sugar and cardamom in water.
When sugar melt and mixture thickens , turn the flame off.
Soak the prepared gulab jamun in the sugar syrup.
Decorate with almonds and silver paper.
